The color combination of red and berry are striking combined in Maggy London's dress. This dress would be great as we head into fall. It is cool enough to wear when it's still a little warm outside, but could easily transition to fall and even winter with some tights and boots. I love below the knee length of the skirt too.

This dress is striking. I've never had so many compliments as when I wore this out for a night out with friends. Complete strangers, multiple times everywhere... it made me think I need to wear dresses more often. But I think it was really this dress. The bold graphic print stands out. The material is like a super soft sweater. The cut of the dress is very flattering and the gold zipper up the front is an appealing accent. The dress was a clearance rack find at Macy's--it's always nice to find a bargain.

The gold top has plenty of gold sparkle to get you through the day or night. I think it's a perfect top to wear on a trip to Vegas. It's also cool and comfortable. The fabric is lightweight and breathable and while in some cases sparkle can make fabric uncomfortable--not so here! This top is not scratchy and itchy. It's a great find for those of us who like sparkling and being comfy too!
The pink necklace is my initials "MC." I saw a similar necklace on Instagram that I loved, but the price was over $100. So I found a site that does a similar necklace for a lot less. Do you need a cute, but super lightweight jacket? Check out this option from Nike. It's cropped, but in a flattering way. Also, when you live in Portland you definitely want a hood! Always helpful because you never know when it might rain.
